One for the beatheads out there! This is some sort of a break suite—not
so much an album as it is a master class in the art of funk percussion,
Soul Drums is the quintessential Bernard “Pretty” Purdie LP, an
unstoppable rhythm machine made all the more memorable by its fiercely
idiosyncratic production. 

  
Paired with pianist/arranger Richard Tee, guitarists Eric Gale and
Billy Butler, bassist Bob Bushnell and tenorist Seldon Powell, Purdie
creates a suite of deep funk grooves notable for the sheer insistence
of their energy as well as the remarkable imagination and skill of
their beats, all topped off with echo chamber-like production that
underscores the music’s visceral punch. It is virtually impossible to
listen to Soul Drums without nodding your head and tapping your foot—physical response, not thoughts or words, are its most sincere praise.

Las
25 canciones cubren un amplio abanico de estilos desde clásico a folk
crooned . Probablemente uno de las más famosas canciones The Big Bambú
se incluye aquí dado el brillante tratamiento de su compositor Mighty
Panther que contribuye con varias piezas para la colección. Calypso
Eddie da una extrovertida versión de la grapa Matilde, Calypso Mama
advierte a los hombres que Andre Toussaint croons Yellow Bird es un
gran artista del ritmo cubano.

Otro artista muy popular de la época Blind Blake
(no el guitarrista de blues) que fue el primer musico de calypso en
triunfar en USA. contribuye con varios de sus éxitos. Otros intérpretes
son Peanuts Taylor, Harold “Digby”
Brownie McNair, Colin Kelly y Leslie Williams (hija del legendario
pianista de jazz Clarence Williams). La calidad del sonido
vintage de estas grabaciones es absolutamente magnífico, ayudado sin
duda por el hecho de que todos ellos se realizarón originalmente para
el mercado comercial. Sin embargo, la verdadera salsa del calypso se
encuentra en el ingenioso juego de palabras y la poesía.

que tem como objetivos qualidade, funcionalidade e simplicidade.

Talvez o maior problema seja a velocidade de upload, pois uma vez que o serviço está em fase BETA
e exista uma sobrecarga de uploads, a velocidade para cada usuário
poderá ser seriamente prejudicada. Mas isso é uma questão de tempo, até
que os desenvolvedores percebam a necessidade de expandir o negócio.

A
parte boa é que você possui um ajuntado de quatro em um, o que diminui
